Oumar Niasse has joined Cardiff City on loan for the remainder of the 2018-19 season, subject to international clearance and Premier League approval.

The Senegalese striker joined Everton from Russian team Lokomotiv Moscow in February 2016 and has scored nine goals in 39 appearances for the Club.
