Ryan Astley has signed for Scottish Premiership side Dundee on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old defender, who has represented Wales at Under-21 level, spent the first half of the campaign with Paul Tait's Everton Under-21s, having enjoyed a loan stint with Accrington Stanley in 2022/23.
Astley made 32 appearances for the League One outfit, scoring four goals during his time at the Crown Ground.
Astley, who joined Everton Academy at the age of nine, helped the Blues’ Under-21s to a trophy double in 2018/19, winning the Premier League 2 title and Premier League Cup.
He now moves north of the border to join Tony Docherty's Dundee, who currently sit seventh in Scotland's top division.
Everyone at Everton thanks Ryan for his service to the Club and wishes him all the best for the future.
