Fans Urged To Arrive Early For FA Cup Replay

Supporters attending Wednesday's sold-out FA Cup third round replay against Crystal Palace (7.45pm) are encouraged to arrive at Goodison Park in plenty of time to avoid queues at the turnstiles.

Important information about Auto Cup scheme tickets, digital tickets and Print at Home tickets can be found below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SEASON TICKETS MEMBERS ENROLLED IN THE AUTO CUP SCHEME

Supporters on the Auto Cup scheme who have received confirmation via email that payment has successfully been taken for this match can enter Goodison Park using their physical season card or digital Season Ticket.

If using a digital Season Ticket, please follow the instructions below to ensure swift entry via the turnstiles.

Please note, if we have not been able to take payment for your ticket, the turnstile will turn red when you present your season card or digital Season Ticket and you will not be able to gain entry to the match. You can check your ticket has been processed successfully for this fixture by logging into your ticketing account here.

If you believe your ticket has been processed successfully but the turnstile turns red when you attempt to access the stadium, please step away from the queue and locate your nearest steward, who will be able to assist you. Moving aside will allow fellow supporters to continue entering the stadium and minimise congestion.

ACCESSING GOODISON USING A DIGITAL TICKET

An e-ticket can only be used once for entry. If using an e-ticket to enter Goodison Park, please use the mobile phone you downloaded the ticket on to. If you have not downloaded your ticket yet, click the link(s) on your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions to download your e-ticket(s) to the wallet on your mobile device. We advise supporters to do this ahead of setting off for the game.

For Android users, please make sure you have downloaded the Google Wallet app and choose Chrome as your default browser before proceeding. Other wallet or pass apps on your Android phone will not work at the turnstile.

IMPORTANT: Your ticket MUST be downloaded into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (Android) to work with the entry system at Goodison Park. A screenshot of your digital ticket or the email confirming your digital ticket WILL NOT permit you access into the stadium.

IMPORTANT: If you have an Android device, ensure NFC (the technology behind contactless entry) is switched on. To do so, simply head to Google Wallet, then Settings, then Contactless Setup. Here, make sure NFC is switched on and Google Wallet is set as your default payment.

Don't forget to charge your phone before heading to Goodison Park and, when preparing to enter the stadium, open the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app on your phone. It is advisable to ensure you do not have any bank cards or other contactless cards at the back of your phone case.

If you have multiple tickets attributed to the same fixture on one device, simply swipe left and right to switch between tickets when entering the stadium and scan each ticket individually to allow access to those in your party. To gain access, hold your phone close to the contactless reader on top of the turnstile. The light will turn green for a valid Adult ticket and amber for Concessions or Junior tickets. If the light turns red, or you are unable to enter, a steward will be on hand at each turnstile to help with any issues.

If you have any issues downloading your ticket(s), please contact the Fan Centre either by emailing servicedesk@evertonfc.com, or by calling 0151 556 1878 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm). Alternatively, please visit either the Goodison Road, Park End or Bullens Road ticket offices on the evening and a member of the Fan Centre team will be able to assist.

PRINT AT HOME TICKETS

The print at home service allows fans to buy tickets for home games online, print the ticket at home and bring it to the game to gain access via the turnstiles.

If you are using Print at Home:

- Please protect your ticket, keep it dry and print on A4 white paper only.
- Do not shrink your ticket, print on colour paper or damage/deface the barcode.
- Only print your ticket once.
- Do not photocopy your ticket. The ticket can only be scanned once and multiple entries will not be permitted.

Please note, faint, misaligned or partially printed tickets may not scan at the turnstile and could delay your entry into the stadium.
