Defender Nathalie Bjorn has left Everton to join Chelsea for an undisclosed fee.

The 26-year-old Sweden international moves to the reigning Women’s Super League champions after two-and-a-half years on Merseyside, having signed from Malmo side FC Rosengard in July 2021.

Centre-back Bjorn, who helped Sweden to a third-placed finish at last summer’s World Cup finals, made 44 WSL appearances for Everton, scoring two goals.
