Our fourth episode of the Trinity Podcast series focuses on Everton in the Community’s renowned mental health provision which will sit under the Minds Pillar.
The Trinity Project is Everton in the Community’s five-year strategy which sets out the charity’s vision to build stronger communities and brighter futures, and will be delivered through three powerful pillars.
Its third pillar, Minds will enhance community wellbeing through accessible support for individuals living with dementia, as well as their carers, alongside high-quality mental health services to ensure everyone receives the help they need.
Host Darren Griffiths sits down with the Charity’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Minds Lead, Mike Salla, to discuss how Minds will offer comprehensive mental health provision to everyone when it is needed whilst promoting ‘living well’ and ‘ageing well’ with dementia.
We also listen to a powerful piece from a former veteran-turned-participant-and-volunteer of Everton in the Community and how one phone call from the charity changed his life.
