Ten-man Oxford were 1-0 down before Mills came on in the 79th minute and the 19-year-old provided an assist for Greg Leigh's equaliser. However, another yellow card saw Leigh dismissed and the nine men of Oxford conceded from a 99th-minute penalty to lose the game.  


Lewis Warrington - Plymouth Argyle

Overview: Although Warrington was an unused substitute in Plymouth’s 3-0 victory on Saturday, the young midfielder played a valuable 80 minutes in midweek, when the Pilgrims were defeated 4-2 to Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup.

Reece Welch - Forest Green

Overview: Welch earned a clean sheet in Forest Green’s 1-0 win over Sutton United. The young centre-back has now played the full 90 minutes in both of his team’s past two games.

Overview: Another dramatic game for Chesterfield saw them earn a 4-3 win at Aldershot. Young goalkeeper Tyrer played the full match for the away team, who have enjoyed a bright start to their season in the National League.

Overview: Leban produced a strong display to help his side to earn a clean sheet against King’s Lynn Town. The 20-year-old goalkeeper played the full match in the 0-0 draw.
