Stanley Mills - Oxford United
Opponent: Barnsley (A)
Competition: League One
Date: Saturday 19 August
Result: 3-1 win
Overview: An unused substitute in midweek against Derby County, Mills impressed on his first start for Oxford on Saturday afternoon. The 19-year-old played 61 minutes, forcing the Barnsley own goal in the 54th minute. Mills produced a brilliant run down the right wing, bursting past two defenders, before his low cross was deflected into the net.
Lewis Warrington - Plymouth Argyle
Opponent: Southampton (H)
Competition: Championship
Date: Saturday 19 August
Result: 2-1 defeat
Overview: Warrington made his second Plymouth appearance, entering the field in the 80th minute at Home Park against a strong Southampton side. The Pilgrims nearly edged a point, but Che Adams’ 94th-minute goal secured the victory for the visitors.
Reece Welch - Forest Green
Opponent: Newport County (H)
Competition: League Two
Date: Saturday 19 August
Result: 3-0 defeat
Overview: Despite not featuring over the weekend, Welch came on in the 29th minute in midweek against Swindon Town. The 19-year-old centre-back won eight of his 10 duels across the 61 minutes he played in the 2-1 defeat.

Harry Tyrer - Chesterfield

Result: 1-1 draw
Overview: Continuing his development, Tyrer featured again for Chesterfield over the weekend. Still unbeaten, they drew with Oldham on Saturday. A 96th-minute Oldham equaliser denied Chesterfield the victory. The game followed a midweek Man of the Match display for young goalkeeper Tyrer, against Oxford City.
Zan-Luk Leban - Farsley Celtic
Opponent: Bishop’s Stortford (A)
Competition: National League North
Date: Saturday 19 August
Result: 1-0 win
Overview: Leban kept a clean sheet to help Farsley Celtic maintain their unbeaten record. The 20-year-old shot-stopper also featured throughout in midweek during a 1-1 draw against South Shields.
