In Numbers: Jordan Pickford's Six Years At Everton

Six years ago today, Everton signed Jordan Pickford from Sunderland for a then Club-record fee.

In the time since, the shot-stopper has developed into one of the Premier League’s finest goalkeepers and firmly established himself as England’s No.1.

We mark the occasion by taking a numerical journey through his impressive Everton career to date...

217 – Since Pickford’s Everton debut in 2017, only one player across the league has played more Premier League matches than the Blues shot-stopper.

11 – He has missed just 11 of Everton’s 228 Premier League games since joining the Club.

640 – In that time, only West Ham United’s Lukasz Fabianski (683) has made more saves than Everton’s No.1.

8 – If Pickford completes another full season, he’ll overtake Joseph Yobo, Dave Watson, Tim Cahill, David Weir, Duncan Ferguson and Phil Neville to climb into the top eight of Everton’s all-time Premier League appearance makers.

124
– Pickford set a new record for the highest number of Premier League saves made in a single campaign last season – registering the third-highest return across the division.

8 – Pickford also set a new record for the highest number of saves in a single Premier League game without conceding last season during the 0-0 draw with Liverpool at Goodison Park.

5 – That was his fifth Premier League clean sheet against our Merseyside rivals, against no other current top-flight side has he secured more (tied with Chelsea and Crystal Palace).

43 - Of all Premier League goalkeepers, Pickford’s average pass length of 43 yards was the longest in the division last season (excluding goal-kicks).

23.8% – Pickford has saved nearly a quarter of the 24 Premier League penalties he has faced since joining the Club.

52 – Pickford holds the record for most England caps ever by a player while playing for the Blues.
