TICKET INFORMATION 

 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.  

 

The Everton Fan Centre will be open on Monday 1 May from 10am to 1pm to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for any support. 

 

Supporters who have ticketing issues after this time should report to window 8 at the Matchday Ticket Office at the King Power Stadium. The office is situated to the right of the Fanstore entrance on Filbert Way. Any supporters collecting duplicate tickets are advised to take Photo ID with them to avoid any issues. Tickets can be collected from 6:30pm. 

 

If you have a digital away ticket for the fixture, please use the following advice: 

 

You will have received an email with a link to download your digital away ticket.  

 

For Android users please make sure you have downloaded the Google Wallet app and choose Chrome as your default browser before proceeding. Other Wallet or Pass Apps on your Android phone will not work at the Turnstile. 

Your ticket MUST be downloaded into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (Android) in order to work with the entry system at the King Power Stadium. A screenshot of your digital ticket or the email confirming your digital ticket WILL NOT allow you access into the stadium. 

 

If you have an Android device, ensure NFC (the technology behind contactless entry) is switched on. To do so, simply head to Google Wallet, then Settings, then Contactless setup. Here, make sure NFC is switched on and Google Wallet is set as your default payment. 

 

HELP AND SUPPORT  

 

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

 

The King Power Stadium is contactless. Concourse kiosks will only accept card payments.  

 

Supporters can access the visitors area through turnstiles 40 to 49 (dependent on ticket allocation) up to 90 minutes before kick-off.  

 

Bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted on the ground and will be searched at the turnstiles ahead of entry to the stadium.  

 

Flags and banners are allowed in the away section, but they must be no larger than 2x1 meters and have evidence of a fire safety certificate to gain entry. Flags must not contain anything considered to be offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inflammatory, including politically motivated or nationalistic. Any flags or banners that are displayed in areas that block exits, stairwells or other areas that could have a safety risk will be removed or relocated.     

 

Leicester City recommend travelling supporters use the Counting House pub on Freemens Common.  

 

 

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION 

 

The accessible entrance is at turnstile 43. Turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off. 

 

The accessible toilet is 25m from the nearest designated seating and is located along the Visitors Section concourse. A RADAR key is required for the accessible toilet, which can be obtained from a steward. The width of the accessible toilet door is 2ft 10in. The dimensions of the accessible toilet are 5ft 11in x 7ft 5in. There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side and there is an emergency alarm in the cubicle. 

 

Catering is available in every stand throughout King Power Stadium, with level access provided to all food counters (all between 77cm – 109cm in height). Stewards can provide assistance when ordering food and drink and plastic cutlery and cups are available with all purchases. The Club also offers accessible cutlery and hearing loops at each service point in all concourses. 

 

Audio descriptive commentary is available, Headsets with full descriptive commentary can be provided for visually impaired supporters. These are available from the matchday staff entrance an hour and a half before kick-off.  Please note failure to return the headset may result in a charge. 

 

 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

 

Due to major works on Raw Dykes Road and Upperton Road are to take place for a minimum of 40 weeks, Supporters are encouraged to factor additional time into their journey. 

 

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans. 

 

Car: The M1 and M69 motorways interchange at Junction 21 (M1), where you should exit and follow the signs for the City Centre via the A5460. After three miles, turn right onto Upperton Road, follow the road down until you get to the Liberty Statue Island and take the fifth exit down Western Boulevard. You will then see King Power Stadium on your right-hand side. 

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT 

 

Train: Leicester Train Station is roughly 1.2 miles from King Power Stadium. This equates to an approximate five-minute car journey or up to a 45-minute walk. To walk from Leicester Train Station, exit the station, cross London Road at the traffic lights, turn left and follow the road to King Power Stadium around to the right. Keep the Central Ring Road (Waterloo Way) on your left as the path separates from the road, staying on this path as it crosses New Walk. The path then re-joins the pavement, at which point Nelson Mandela Park will be in view. Turn right onto Lancaster Road and walk through the park, heading for the crossings by the public toilets. Bus: Several bus services run from Leicester city centre to King Power Stadium, stopping on Aylestone Road, which is a five-minute walk from King Power Stadium. Most buses in Leicester are low floor vehicles, meaning they can be lowered to pavement level once the bus has stopped. Buses all include wheelchair spaces.   

 

Park and Ride: There are three Park & Ride sites in Leicester, operating from 7am until 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Users of the Park & Ride services can park for free at the sites. Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

 

Anti-Social Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on club concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent football ban.
