Our new YouTube series Behind Blue Eyes launches with the Senior Men’s Kit staff the subject of the first episode.    

In each video, viewers will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the day-to-day roles of key figures across different departments within the Club.

First up, Senior Men’s Kit Manager Jimmy Martin and Men’s Assistant Kit Manager Tony Sage invite us into Finch Farm’s kit room to discuss their roles and reveal all of the work that goes on to help prepare for training and matchdays.    

We spend time with the long-serving duo at Finch Farm as they talk through the process of getting everything from kits, balls and boots ready for training.

Then, we follow the pair to Goodison Park as they transport all the relevant matchday kits to be laid out in the First-Team dressing room in preparation for the Toffees’ next up-and-coming home fixture.
