The Dane spoke ahead of Sunday's return of league action, with the Blues set to take on Aston Villa at Walton Hall Park.
It's been a comeback season for the Everton forward, who returned to action in December following a gruelling, 14-month long rehabilitation from an ACL injury.
Since then Sorensen has been pivotal in an impressive run of form for Brian Sorensen's side, including a run of four league matches unbeaten since the turn of the year.
