How To Use Everton’s Ticket Transfer Portal
Learn more about the platform ahead of back-to-back home games.
Earlier this season, Everton launched its Ticket Transfer Portal - a platform that gives Season Ticket Members the option to re-issue their seat to friends or family for matches they are unable to attend.
If a Season Ticket Member cannot get to Goodison Park for any reason, they can use the Transfer Portal to allocate their seat to anyone on their ‘Friends and Family’ list and an e-ticket valid ONLY for the fixture in question will be sent to the chosen recipient by email.
This means the Season Ticket Member can retain their physical season card without the risk of it getting lost – or the need to reclaim it from their friend or family member in time for the next home match.

The setup also makes it easy to transfer tickets to the same person, or people, multiple times. There is no limit on how many times a Season Ticket Member can transfer their seat to another person during a campaign.
And a ‘call back’ option means Season Ticket Members retain control should they have a change of heart about attending, or their circumstances change. Season Ticket Members can simply cancel the transfer at any time and doing so will invalidate the issued e-ticket.
The Ticket Transfer Portal differs to the Club’s Resale Platform in that no money changes hands and your ticket is not re-listed for sale at any point. The Resale Platform will continue to exist as an alternative option for Season Ticket Members to sell back tickets for games they cannot attend. The transfer option is now active for our next four home fixtures - Leeds United (18 February), Aston Villa (25 February), Brentford (11 March) and Tottenham Hotspur (1 April). Season Ticket Members will be able to transfer their seat for the Fulham home fixture (15 April) from Wednesday 15 February.
