Everton defender Kenzie Weir has joined Lewes on loan for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.

The 19-year-old Academy graduate moves to the Women's Championship club to link up with Scott Booth's side who are currently sixth in the table.

Weir signed her first professional contract in August 2022 after her promotion to the senior team at the beginning of the year.

The young defender has developed over the course of this season, making her first start for the Club in a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa in the Continental League Cup in October.

A debut in the Women's Super League soon followed when she came off the bench against Arsenal in December 2022.
