TICKET INFORMATION 

This fixture is sold out. Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture. 

The Fan Centre phone lines will be open on Friday 6 January from 10am to 4pm to deal with any ticket queries ahead of kick-off. Please call 0151 556 1878 for assistance. 

Supporters who have ticketing issues after this time should report to the Ticketing and Membership Services building at Old Trafford. This is the main Ticket Office and is located in the W2 car park on the north-west side of the stadium.  

Supporters collecting duplicate tickets on the day are advised to take photo ID when collecting to avoid any issues. 

HELP AND SUPPORT 

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

There will be a Public Spaces Protection Order in place in the Borough of Trafford that prevents members of the public from consuming alcohol, on the roads and within other public spaces, in the vicinity of the Old Trafford football stadium. 

Turnstiles are open two hours prior to kick-off and are located in the south-east corner of the stadium. 

Old Trafford is a no-smoking stadium; this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. Entry to the stadium will be refused with any other articles deemed dangerous, hazardous or that compromise public health and safety.  All bags will be searched and items larger than the size criteria must be left at one of the ‘Bag Drop’ facilities, for more information on this please click read more below. The City Centre offers a lot of food and drink options. Along with refreshments available from catering vans outside the stadium and kiosks within the away concourse. Please be advised Old Trafford is a cashless stadium.  

Accessible Information 

Visiting supporters who need to enter the stadium via accessible entrances will use AE1 and AE2 to AE8. Which can be found in the south-east corner of the stadium.  

There are two changing places facilities, one behind the East Stand Wheelchair Platform in the concourse adjacent to the south-east quadrant and the other in Stretford End Tier 2 Wheelchair Platform. Please be advised RADAR keys may be required.

If you have a blue badge and require blue badge parking, please let the advisor know and ensure you bring this with you to display in your vehicle on the day of the game. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans. 

Due to planned industrial action on train services, supporters are advised to ensure they leave in plenty of time and arrive at the stadium early as it is anticipated there will be higher volumes of traffic on the roads.   

From the North 

Leave the M60 at Junction 12 M602 (Salford/Manchester). At the end of the M602 (Junction 3) follow signs for Salford Quays & Trafford Park. At the roundabout turn right onto Trafford Road (A5063). At the bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal, keep in the right-hand lane, turn right and follow the road round to Trafford Wharf Road, then left at the traffic lights, passing the Premier Inn. Continue through the lights to reach the stadium.  

From the South 

Leave the M6 at Junction 19 and take the A556 in the direction of Manchester Airport. Continue onto the M56 to Manchester, passing the Airport, and follow the signs to the M60 (North & West).

Leave the M60 at Junction 7 (A56 Chester Road) and follow the signs for Manchester United. (Sir Matt Busby Way is closed from Chester Road on Match Day). 

Parking: Car parking is very limited in the streets near to the stadium. A resident's parking scheme is in operation on match days and those streets to which the scheme applies are clearly sign posted. There are a number of car parks near the stadium which require payment. Supporters wishing to park at Old Trafford on Matchday can find more information here.  

Rail: Planned industrial action will take place on Friday 6 January across national train service providers which will cause significant disruption to services. For more information please visit: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/industrial-action/   

Bus services: Frequent bus services run to Old Trafford from Manchester City Centre. 

The 53, 79, 250, 255, 256, 263 and x50 services all stop close to the stadium and take between 20 and 30 minutes from the City Centre. Please allow additional time for your journey on matchdays. You can plan your bus journey with https://tfgm.com/

Coach Parking: All coaches are being directed to park in E2 coach park.  This is accessed via a slip road off Wharfside Way which is reached by exiting off the White City roundabout on East side of the Stadium. Space in the E2 coach park will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once the E2 car park is full any remaining coaches will be instructed to park on Wharfside Way. Supporters are advised to make note of where their coach is parked to ensure the safe departure of Old Trafford. 

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Anti-Social Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on club concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent football ban.
