Gio has been recalled from her season-long loan with Everton by parent club Arsenal.

The Brazil international made 11 appearances for the Toffees, scoring one goal and notching an assist.

The 19-year-old made her competitive debut in the English top-flight when she came off the bench against West Ham United in September 2022.

She then became the first Brazilian to score for Everton Women in the 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur last month.

Everton thanks Gio for her contribution during her time with the Club and wishes her well for the future.
