Our International Academy Technical Lead, Paddy Byrne is currently in his 7th season at Everton Football Club.

During this time he has worked across Academy development programmes, 1-2-1 coaching and main group coaching from U6 to U16.

At present, he works closely with the U18 age group at Everton Academy. Paddy’s coaching career has taken him to Clubs across the U.K. and also to Northern Ireland’s Elite Player Development Programme.

He currently holds a UEFA A License, FA Advanced Youth Award and FA Youth Award.

His main passions lie within having the opportunity to guide Everton’s Academy players on the road to achieving their dreams.

The challenge to understand the needs of each individual player motivates him daily in addition to providing the opportunity and platform for players to develop.
