TICKET INFORMATION 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.  

The Everton Fan Centre will be open Saturday 10 September from 10am to 1pm to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for any support. 

Supporters who have ticketing issues on the day of the game should report to the SW Collections office (opposite turnstile S) to deal with any ticketing queries. Any supporters collecting duplicate tickets are advised to take Photo ID with them to avoid any issues.  

HELP AND SUPPORT  

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

There are no cash machines inside Emirates Stadium so if you wish to purchase refreshments you are advised to bring cash. Queues to pay by card are sometimes significantly longer. 

Refreshments are available in the Away Supporters’ Area at Emirates Stadium from two hours ahead of afternoon matches.  

The away supporters area is in the Southeast corner of Emirates Stadium. Turnstiles will open from 12:30pm and it is encouraged for fans to arrive as early as possible. 

There is a no smoking policy at and around Emirates Stadium including the podium level surrounding the stadium and the car parks. This includes electronic cigarettes. 

Alcohol will be served in the away section; however, Arsenal reserves the right to stop sales if required.  

Maximum bag size is A4. All bags are searched and tagged prior to entry. 

Accessible information 

On-street parking is available for Blue Badge holders either in dedicated Blue Badge bays or vacant residents’ bays. Please note some of the Blue Badge bays in the area are specifically for the use of a designated local Blue Badge holder. It is advised you to arrive in the vicinity more than two hours before kick-off. Please remember to clearly display both your Blue Badge and clock.  

There are 37 accessible toilets located inside the stadium. All are fitted with RADAR locks and all supervising stewards hold RADAR keys in case a supporter with an access requirement is not in possession of a key.  

All the accessible toilets are unisex and the toilet doors all open outwards. The dimensions of the accessible toilet are 180cm x 235cm (5ft 11in x 7ft 9in). Either a left or right transfer space is available in every accessible toilet along with colour contrasted grab rails. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans. 

Car Leave the M1 at Junction 2 and go onto the A1, following the signs for City (Central London). Keep going on the A1 for around six miles, until you see Holloway Road Tube Station on your right. Take the next left at the traffic lights into Hornsey Road and the stadium is about a 1/4 of a mile further down this road. 

Public Transport 

By Tube and Rail 

King’s Cross is the main connecting station for national rail and many underground lines. The following stations are within a 15-minute walk of Emirates Stadium: • Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) • Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, Great Northern Rail) • Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line, Great Northern Rail) Please note that Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after Arsenal first team matches, with pre-match eastbound trains not stopping. Drayton Park is closed on matchdays. 

Coach 

Coaches booked through the visiting club are able to park adjacent to Emirates Stadium or in Finsbury Park, a ten-minute walk away.  

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Anti-Social Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on club concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent football ban.
