Wednesday's edition of the Daily Mirror claims a "deal in principle" has been agreed for the departure of Dele to Besiktas.

According to the tabloid's source, the 26-year-old will join the Turkish side initially on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy.

Daily Express journalist Ryan Taylor supports this report and adds that the player could arrive in Turkey on Friday to complete the move.

The Daily Telegraph, meanwhile, claims Chelsea have had two bids for Anthony Gordon rejected by Everton, but a third is expected in the coming days.

On potential incomings, the Blues have been linked with several players.

Manager Frank Lampard is said to be keen on a move for Brighton & Hove Albion striker Neal Maupay, according to The Athletic.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Toffees as well as Nottingham Forest and Fulham.

The Frenchman, it is claimed, is yet to make a decision on his future destination.

Finally, the Daily Mail writes that Everton are "ready to battle" to secure the services of Blackburn Rovers striker Ben Brereton Diaz.

The 23-year-old scored 22 goals in 37 appearances in the Championship last season and has already found the back of the net twice this campaign.

French side Nice are expected to compete with the Blues for his signature, with the Ligue 1 outfit already bidding £10 million, according to the report.
