Dwight McNeil is Everton’s new number seven.

The Blues’ third summer signing has taken the squad number left vacant following Richarlison’s move to Tottenham Hotspur last month.

McNeil previously wore number 11 at Burnley, which is taken by Demarai Gray at Everton.

On his number choice, McNeil said: “Looking at the other numbers and the position I play, I think this one appealed to me the most.”
