Anthony Gordon will wear Everton’s number 10 jersey for the forthcoming 2022/23 campaign.
Academy graduate forward Gordon, who formerly wore number 24, played 40 matches in all competitions last season and grew into a key performer for manager Frank Lampard.
Gordon, 21, joined Everton aged 11 and made his senior debut as a 16-year-old in a Europa League tie in December 2017.
The player crowned his fine 2021/22 with twin success at the Club’s end-of-season awards, Gordon claiming Everton’s Players’ Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year honours.

Gordon follows a host of illustrious figures in Everton’s number 10, with Duncan Ferguson, Wayne Rooney, Mikel Arteta and Thomas Gravesen among the men who have worn the shirt.
