Goalkeeper Sandy MacIver has left Everton to sign for Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old England international joins Gareth Taylor’s City side after two-and-a-half years with the Blues.
Having started her youth career at Everton, MacIver moved to Manchester City’s academy in 2015 before signing a scholarship with US college team Clemson Tigers the following year.
The shot-stopper returned to the Toffees in January 2020, helping Everton reach the FA Cup final later that year, when MacIver was named player-of-the-match in an extra-time loss against City.
Everton would like to thank Sandy for her service and everyone at the Club wishes her success for the future.
