Negotiations are set to continue for the transfer of Richarlison, according to today's latest transfer rumours.

Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be leading the race to land the Brazilian, with The Mirror reporting that the London club's Executive Chairman Daniel Levy is attempting to lower the fee for the 25-year-old.

Everton are keen to get a deal over the line before the end of the month, but The Times claims the Club will not allow the Blues attacker to leave for a cut price.

One player who could be transferred in the opposite direction is winger Steven Bergwijn.

Dutch outlet De Telegraaf reports Everton have offered the Spurs attacker a concrete offer to move to Goodison Park.

Eredivisie champions Ajax have been linked with the 24-year-old. However, the Blues' offer is said to be "much better", with Frank Lampard also making a personal approach to the player in an attempt to sign him.

Finally, The i has provided an update on the previously reported takeover of the Club.

According to its source, Peter Kenyon's consortium bid could be completed ahead of the beginning of the 2022/23 season.

The report adds that discussions are "progressing smoothly", with Majority Shareholder Farhad Moshiri indicating a willingness to sell.
