Sandbanks in leafy Dorset to St Tropez in the south of France sounds like an idyllic summer journey.

But not if you complete the entire trip on a bicycle, which is what former Everton defender Sylvain Distin has just done!

Big Sylvain biked up to 90 miles every day for 10 days to raise money for families affected by the crisis in war-torn Ukraine.
