July: First ever football sponsorship announced, with Stake.com becoming the main partner of Watford FC in the Premier League
September: Stake partner with TGP Europe Limited to operate the domain Stake.uk.com in the UK, under TGP’s UK licence
December: Stake.uk.com launches
January 2022: Stake.com announces Sergio Agüero as Global Brand Ambassador on a multi-year deal
February: Partnership with UFC expanded to include Brazil, the second biggest market for the organisation
March: Partnership with global superstar Drake is announced, a campaign which saw $1m donated to the LeBron James Foundation was amongst the first activations of this deal.
