Lampard Reveals Everton Team News

Everton manager Frank Lampard has revealed Michael Keane and Donny van de Beek will both be available for Thursday evening's visit of Crystal Palace.

Ben Godfrey, meanwhile, "may" feature, with boss Lampard hailing the defender's attitude and application to recover from a quadriceps problem.

Centre-back Keane has recuperated from the illness that kept him out of the weekend's controversial 3-2 defeat to Brentford.

Van de Beek will also be involved, having missed the past eight matches with a groin problem sustained in the warm-up ahead of the Blues' visit to West Ham last month.

The crunch clash with Palace comes too soon for Yerry Mina (calf) and Fabian Delph (muscle), with the duo set to be monitored ahead of the final game of the season against Arsenal on Sunday.

Jarrad Branthwaite will serve his one-match suspension after being dismissed for a professional foul against the Bees, while Salomón Rondón will miss the rest of the campaign after being sent off for violent conduct in the same match.

Nathan Patterson (ankle) and Andros Townsend (ACL) remain long-term absentees.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Lampard said: "[Michael Keane] has recovered and is fit to start.

"Ben may be in the squad and that's just testament to him for striving to get fit. He's in the squad and I'll take a decision on whether he is involved at all."

Everton head into the contest knowing a win against the Eagles would be enough to guarantee their Premier League status for next season.
