TICKET INFORMATION 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless you are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture. 

The Everton Fan Centre will be open from 10am-3pm on Saturday 23 April to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for any support.  

Supporters who have ticketing issues or if you are collecting duplicate tickets on the day of the game, should report to the ticket office in the Kop End of the stadium. Supporters are advised to take Photo ID with them when collecting duplicate tickets.  

HELP AND SUPPORT  

Fan Engagement Manager, Christine Prior, will be available from 1pm until kick-off to support fans with any issues that arise and can be contacted on 07794 055321.  

There will be an increased number of Everton Stewards at the stadium to help with any issues and offer any support needed.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

Turnstile will open 90 minutes before kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive at the stadium in good time as all visiting fans will be subject to searching and pyro detection dogs will be present at the stadium on the day.  

Entrance to the away section is via turnstiles N,O and P.  

Due to ongoing stadium development work on Anfield Road, please approach the stadium via Dahlia Walk onto 97 Avenue. There will be no through access to Anfield Road from the direction of Arkles Lane or via Stanley Car Park. When departing the away section, please turn left out of the stadium and follow the same route.  

No bags are permitted in the stadium and there are no bag storage facilities available. Small bags (A5 size) carrying hygiene products and / or medicines are the only exception. Those bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point. 

Anfield is a cashless stadium - contactless and/or chip and pin payments are required in all areas. Kiosks will be open inside the stadium, with a range of food options available including the sale of alcohol.  

Flags under the size of 2m x 1m are permitted in the visitors section providing you have the accompanying fire safety certificate that can be checked prior to entering.  

Anfield is a no smoking football stadium and this included electronic cigarettes. Any person who smokes inside the stadium will be ejected.  

The away section is an all-seated area and persistent standing is not allowed. The stand is fitted with safety features and the viewing area is not a designated safe standing area.  

Accessible information 

Wheelchair bays are positioned in front of the away section in blocks 122 and 123 and entrance is via gate DA3 or DA3a on Anfield Road.  

Headsets for visually impaired supporters are available to order through the disability team email address disability@liverpoolfc.com. 

Members of the accessibility stewarding team at Anfield will be available to assist and are identifiable in blue bibs.  

Large print menus are available at catering kiosks within the ground. These menus are printed in black size 16 font and are presented on a yellow background. Just ask a member of the Catering Team for a copy on the day of the game.  

Hearing loops are fitted at the ticket office and at selected low counter catering kiosks across the ground. 

There are accessible toilets within the Stadium, all toilets are clearly sign posted. There are also two changing places facilities available in the Stadium. One is in the Kop and the other is located in the Main Stand. 

A radar key is required for all accessible toilet facilities. Radar keys are available from stewards close to each facility. Toilets are equipped with mirrors, distress alarm systems, support rails, high contrast décor, hand dryers, sinks and coat hooks at accessible heights and lever taps on sinks 

COVID GUIDELINES 

Supporters are advised that following the removal of the Government’s Plan B restrictions, there are no longer COVID measures in operation. Fans are therefore no longer required to offer evidence of their COVID status in order to gain entrance.  

However, we encourage fans to take a lateral flow test before attending games, to protect yourself and other supporters.  

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain under matchday COVID regulations and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans. 

From the North: Exit M6, Junction 23 and follow Liverpool (A580) signs into Walton Hall Avenue, pass Stanley Park and turn left into Anfield Road.  

From the South & East: Take M62 to end of the motorway then turn right under flyover into Queen's Drive (A5058), turn left (3 miles) into Utting Avenue. Continue into Arkles Lane.  

By Bus

Bus is fast frequent and convenient with 'express' services that will get you to and from Anfield and Liverpool City Centre in around 15mins. You can find out more byclicking here. 

Other services are available include: 

From Liverpool City Centre, take the 26 from Liverpool ONE bus station, 17 from Queen Square Bus Station or the 917 from St Johns Lane, directly to the ground. The 68/168, which operates between Bootle and Aigburth, and the 14 and 19 (from Queen Square) stop a short walk away from the ground. 

The Soccerbus runs from Sandhills Station, on the Merseyrail Northern Line, to Anfield for all Premier League and cup matches. The Soccerbus runs two hours before each match (last bus from Sandhills Station is approximately 15 minutes before kick-off). You can find out more byclicking here. 

By Train

Lime Street Railway Station is Liverpool's mainline station for regional and national journeys. It is two miles from Anfield.  

Four and half hours before kick-off we'll have a dedicated matchday team based in the station to help direct you to the most convenient transport services, including buses that will take you directly to the ground. 

Taxis are also available from Lime Street. 

Parking

Liverpool FC advise the use of public transport. A limited number of official LFC car parking spaces are available within walking distance of the Stadium. However, all spaces must be pre-booked in advance – there will be no spaces available to purchase on the day. 

Coach Parking

Away coach parking will be on Priory Road as near as possible to Walton Lane to assist supporters getting to the visitors section. Coach parking should be arranged in advance of the matchday.  

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items is liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents, an arrest and subsequent football ban.
