Ticket Resale FAQs

Who is eligible to list their seats for resale? 
All Season Ticket Members can use this service to sell their seat(s) for forthcoming home Premier League fixtures. 

I am a Season Ticket Member with accessibility requirements. Can I use this service? 
Yes. Please call the Accessibility Team on 0151 556 1878 for more details. 

How do I view my ticketing account? 
You can view your ticketing account by heading to eticketing.co.uk/evertonfc and clicking the ‘Log In’ button in the top right of the screen. If you are already logged in at evertonfc.com, this will automatically sign you in to your ticketing account. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create a Digital account. Once logged in, click on the customer icon again. This will open up some basic account information, such as your ‘Supporter Number’, your total number of away credits, and your current ‘Ticketing Credit Balance’. You will also see your ‘Next Game’ and have the option to ‘Manage Tickets’.

My friend does not have access to a computer. Can I list their ticket for resale on their behalf? 

Yes. Please ensure that if you are posting tickets on behalf of another Season Ticket Member, you have the permission to manage their ticket via your online ticketing account/network prior to the process. More information on how to do this can be found here.

What is my ‘network’?
Adding members to your network will make it easier for you to use our online services. A full step-by-step guide to this service is available here. 

How much will I be charged for the service?
It is free for a seller to post their ticket for resale. If your ticket is sold, you will receive a pro-rata refund equating to 1/19th of your Season Ticket price. There are no charges applicable should your ticket be sold via the resale platform. 

When will I receive credit to my account if my seat sells?
You will receive your refund as soon as your ticket has been purchased via the resale platform. The funds for selling your ticket will be added to your online account and can be withdrawn in cashback windows throughout the season. The dates of these cashback windows will be advertised on evertonfc.com. Credit can also be used against future match ticket or Season Ticket purchases. 

Can I use the official ticket resale platform for any Everton home fixture? 
The ticket resale facility will only be made available for Premier League home fixtures. Season Ticket Members can list their seat as far in advance for any fixture, but tickets will only go on sale as per our ticket sales windows. More information regarding on-sales dates can be found here. 

What can I do if I have registered my seat for sale and then change my mind? 
If your seat remains unsold, you will have the option to cancel. More information can be found here. 

I have sold my seat through the official resale platform and now wish to attend the fixture. Is there anything I can do? 
Once a ticket has been purchased by another supporter, the seat cannot be reclaimed. Please contact the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 for further advice. 

What is the latest I can post my seat for sale? 
You can post your seat via this service up to three hours prior to the fixture kick-off, unless otherwise stated. 

When can I put my seat up for sale? 
Season Ticket Members can list their seat for any home Premier League fixture still to be played during the current season. Tickets will only go on sale as per our ticket sales windows. More information regarding on-sales dates can be found here. 

Is there a limit to how many times I can post a seat in a season? 
No. Season Ticket Members can post their seat on the resale platform as many times as they wish throughout each season. 

Are there any other ways I can resell my ticket? 
No. The ticket resale platform is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket Members to resell their seats. 

Can I check the status of my posted seat(s) online? 
To view your ticketing account, head to eticketing.co.uk/evertonfc and click the ‘Log In’ button in the top right of the screen. If you are already logged in at evertonfc.com, this will automatically sign you in to your ticketing account. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create a Digital account. Once logged in, click on the customer icon again. This will open up some basic account information, such as your ‘Supporter Number’, your total number of away credits, and your current ‘Ticketing Credit Balance’. You will also see that it displays your ‘Next Game’ and the option to ‘Manage Tickets’. In this section, you can view which seats are currently listed for resale and choose to remove these from resale should you wish to.

Will I be notified on the status of my seat once the service has closed? 
Season Ticket Members will receive an email should their ticket remain unsold at the resale deadline. 

If I list my seats and they are not sold through the resale platform, will I still receive a pro-rata credit if I don't attend the game?  
No. If tickets listed for selected games are not sold, Season Ticket Members will not receive a pro-rata credit, but the ticket will remain available to use by the Season Ticket Member for the specified fixture. Should a ticket not sell on the resale platform, we will notify Season Ticket Members by email on the day of the game.

I have more than one Season Ticket seat within my network that I wish to post on the resale platform. Can I post them so they can only be sold as a group? 
At present, it is not possible to restrict your tickets to be sold in this way. Each seat will be posted for resale individually. 

Can all supporters purchase from the resale platform? 
Access to the Resale Platform is an Official Member benefit, meaning tickets listed on the platform will be made available exclusively to Official Members when match tickets have sold out during the Official Members’ priority window. However, should a fixture go to general sale, the Resale Platform is opened up to non-Members (at a time of the Club’s discretion and only in the event that all general sale tickets for the fixture in question have sold out). 

How much will tickets cost on the resale platform? 
All tickets available will be priced at face value for the chosen fixture and in line with the adult match ticket price band for the stand of the available seat. 

What are the delivery options if I purchase a seat on the resale platform? 
The delivery options are the same as the Club offers online for general admission tickets. This includes mobile tickets or print at home.  

What happens to my ticket if a game is postponed? 
If you list your ticket for a game and it is purchased from the resale platform before the game is postponed, then the ticket remains valid for the rearranged fixture for the person who has purchased the ticket. 

Should you then wish to attend the rearranged fixture, you would need to purchase a match ticket via general admission or the resale platform. 

If you list your ticket for a game and it is not purchased from the resale platform before the game is postponed, you will have the ability to cancel the listing of your seat. Further information can be found in our ‘How to’ Guide here.
