Coach Refund Process For Supporters' Clubs Confirmed

Everton is providing free coaches in a bid to ease travel concerns for supporters attending the Club’s FA Cup quarter-final tie at Crystal Palace.

As part of the Club’s commitment, affiliated Supporters’ Clubs or independent supporter groups who arrange their own bus or coach transport to South London will be reimbursed for their travel.

Affiliated Supporters’ Club members will be contacted by the Fan Engagement team with confirmation on the details and information required to complete the reimbursement process.

Independent supporter groups are advised to email Fan.Engagement@evertonfc.com with a full list of names of fans travelling and their Supporter Numbers at their earliest convenience. Group leads are reminded that all travelling supporters must have a valid match ticket. A member of the Club’s Fan Engagement team will be in touch after reviewing the submission to request evidence of an invoice from a bus or coach operator.

The deadline for the submission of reimbursement forms from independent supporter groups is midday on Friday 18 March, with payments to be made within the following seven to ten working days.

Tickets for Everton’s FA Cup tie at Selhurst Park went on sale last Thursday (10 March) and has now sold out. To help support travelling Blues the Club increased its provision of coaches for the match, making places on its official coaches free for fans.
