Frank Lampard has revealed he is hopeful Demarai Gray and Ben Godfrey will be available for Sunday's clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Goodison Park.
Gray has not started since the Blues' Premier League match at Newcastle United on 8 February where the forward suffered a hip injury before missing the past two games against Boreham Wood and Tottenham Hotspur because of a virus.
Godfrey, meanwhile, sustained a hamstring injury in Lampard's first game as manager when Everton beat Brentford 4-1 in the FA Cup fourth round on 5 February.
Following Monday night's 5-0 loss to Spurs in north London, Lampard confirmed Gray is now back in First-Team training, while he expected defender Godfrey to follow suit from Wednesday - with both in the frame for selection this weekend.
"Demarai has been out for most of the time I've been here," Lampard told evertontv. "He hasn’t been well but he’s back in training now at Finch Farm and is hopefully available for the weekend.
"There’s been some issues and it will be good to get players back. Ben should be fit for us also this week. Hopefully we’ll have him training with us from Wednesday onwards."
