TICKET INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Please make sure you have your ticket with you before you travel and arrive early to allow extra time for the additional COVID checks in place.

The Everton Fan Centre will be open 10am-1pm on Saturday 8 January to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for support.

For any ticketing issues after this time, please report to the Ticket Zone at the MKM Stadium, which is located in the East Stand and will be open from 4pm. Please take photo ID with you if you are collecting duplicate tickets to avoid any issues.

HELP AND SUPPORT

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise at the MKM Stadium.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to MKM, please ensure that you have read the Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Click here to read it in full.

Supporters aged 18 and over are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination via the NHS Covid pass or NHS app (with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match) or proof of a negative lateral flow test carried out within 48 hours of the fixture kicking off. Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test will only be accepted by text or email.

Genuine medical exemptions from testing/vaccination are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and testing is only required for supporters aged 18 and over. As well as accepting proof via the NHS Covid pass or an NHS vaccination letter (or international equivalent providing it is in the English language), test results from any government approved lab, a GP or via proof of self-reporting of a Lateral Flow Test result through the UK government’s online portal, will be accepted.

In line with government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over are expected to wear a face covering when located in indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt.  Face coverings are not required to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats in the stadium bowl, although they are able to wear them if they choose to do so.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain under matchday COVID regulations at all times, and, as a result, will not bw able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game.

STADIUM INFORMATION

Hull City operates a strict no smoking policy, with the use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes not permitted in any area within the MKM Stadium. Supporters may leave the ground five minutes before half-time to smoke outside but must re-enter within five minutes of the second half starting.

Supporters can report incidents of discriminatory and anti-social behaviour on matchdays by using Hull’s free text messaging service. Please text the word HULL followed by details of the issue and where it occurred to 60066. All texts will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Food and Drink

A wide range of hot food, drinks, snacks and confectionery are available from the concourse kiosks.

From pies and hot dogs to burgers and chips covered in Hull’s favourite American chip spice, there is plenty to choose from.

Please note - no bottles will be sold inside the stadium, nor will supporters be allowed to enter with them.

Supporters are advised to use contactless payments inside the stadium.

Supporters with specific dietary requirements, including vegan and gluten free, should email ann.holland@wearehullcity.co.uk in advance of matchday to identify a suitable product and confirm arrangements for collection on the day.

Accessible information

Audio commentary is available via headsets for visually impaired supporters, with 11 allocated to home supporters and three for away. These can be booked in advance by emailing ann.holland@wearehullcity.co.uk or on matchday by speaking to a steward.

Ear defenders are available on request. Please speak to a steward if required.

A changing place is available and can be accessed by speaking to a steward on the day.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the MKM Stadium. Please email ann.holland@hulltigers.com in advance to enable arrangements to be made.

Parking is available free of charge to home and away blue badge holders in a designated area of the Walton Street car park.

A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available on site to away fans and must be booked at least 72 hours in advance by emailing ann.holland@wearehullcity.co.uk.

Areas around the stadium are resident only zones and cars parked illegally will be issued with parking tickets. Matchday parking for the general public is not available at the stadium.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

From the West (onto Walton Street car park): 

- Approach Hull from the M62, which leads straight onto the A63.
- Continue on the A63 under the Humber Bridge. The road continues into the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.
- Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.

At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.

The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street after the Tigers Trust Arena.

From the Humber Bridge (onto Walton Street car park): 

- Once over the Humber Bridge, follow signs for Hull City centre. The road follows round to the left to join the A63 Clive Sullivan Way and will take you under the Humber Bridge.

Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.

At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.

From the North (onto Walton Street car park):

- Take the A1079 towards Beverley then follow signs for the Humber Bridge and the A164. Take the A63 sign-posted Hull City centre.

Continue on the A63 under the Humber Bridge. The road continues into the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.

Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.

At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.

From the East & Hull Docks (onto Walton Street car park):

- The A165 approaches Hull from the east coast and onto Holderness Road. Follow signs for A63/M62 Leeds.

At the second large roundabout on the A63 Garrison Road, continue over Myton Bridge straight onto A63 Castle Street. Continue along the A63. Just before the flyover, take the slip road signposted ‘Infirmary/Anlaby A1105’. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Rawling Way.

At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.

The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street, just after the Tigers Trust Arena.

Parking is available to home and away supporters on the nearby Walton Street car park, charged at £5 per vehicle (cash only) and free for blue badge holders.

The car park, which provides 1,100 spaces for cars and coaches, opens three hours before kick-off and closes three hours after the full-time whistle. Postcode: HU3 6GA.

Bus

The MKM Stadium is served by two buses from Hull Paragon Interchange: 

- Stagecoach bus number 2 – departs from bay 6 (buses every 10 minutes) 
- East Yorkshire bus number 66 – departs from bay 7

Approximately 18 miles from the stadium, Humberside Airport is served by buses to Hull city centre that pass the MKM Stadium en route.

Priory Park & Ride 

Signposted from the A63 Clive Sullivan Way, Priory Park & Ride provides 650 parking spaces with a frequent bus service dropping off and picking up spectators outside the stadium on Anlaby Road.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Anti-discrimination: Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance stance on any discriminatory behavior and language used to travel to, from or during the match. Possession or use of pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Concourse anti-social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
