TICKET INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Please ensure you have your ticket with you before you leave to travel to the stadium.

Duplicates can be collected from the South Stand ticket office.

HELP AND SUPPORT

The Fan Centre will be open 10am-1pm on Saturday 27 November to deal with any ticket queries ahead of the game on Sunday. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for support.

Fan Engagement Manager, Christine Prior, will be available from 12pm until kick off on matchday to support fans with any issues and can be contacted on 07794055321.

There will also be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help while you are at the stadium.

STADIUM INFORMATION

Brentford Community Stadium is a cashless stadium. All payments inside and outside the stadium will be contactless and cash will not be accepted. Please note alcohol will not be served in the away sections of the ground.

Please be aware an extension to the Ultra Low Emission Zone will also come into operation from 25 October 2021, which will apply to the Chiswick Park car park. Before booking a space here, you should check to see whether your car or other vehicle meets the emission standards. (Vehicles that don't meet emission standards will be charged £12.50 per day to drive inside the expanded ULEZ area). You can check the roads that will come within the ULEZ zone and whether your vehicle meets the emission standards here.

Security checks/bags: Food items are allowed into the stadium as long as they fit in a small bag. Large rucksacks will not be allowed but small backpacks can be brought into the stadium (for guidance, the maximum size allowed is a 10L rucksack, with dimensions 34cm by 24cm by 11cm (13.5 by 9.5 by 4.5 inches).

For any larger items like crutches, please email details to accessibility@brentfordfc.com with details of the items so that we can ensure that security are aware in advance of the need to bring the items in.

All items will be searched on entry to the stadium.

Accessible facilities 

Brentford's stadium is fully compliant with the Accessible Stadia Guide and exceeds standards in many areas.

The stadium has accessible seating in all areas of the stadium and wheelchair spaces in the South, East and West Stands. Wheelchair spaces have been designed flexibly to allow wheelchair users to sit with assistants, subject to availability. Full details on all facilities can be found in our Access Statement on the club website.

Accessible entrances 
On arrival you will find designated accessible turnstiles and large passenger lift access to all wheelchair spaces.

Audio descriptive commentary 
Headsets and transmitters are available where required and should be booked in advance by emailing us at accessibility@brentfordfc.com

Assistance dogs 
We welcome assistance dogs at the stadium. Please inform us in advance at accessiblity@brentfordfc.com

Concession counters 
All food and drink counters around the stadium have been lowered for easier wheelchair access.

Changing places 
There are two Changing Places toilets for those with complex care requirements – one in the West Stand and one in the South Stand.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to Brentford Community Stadium, please ensure that you have read our Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Please click herefor more information.

Brentford will perform spot-checks of vaccination passports and negative test results around the stadium on matchday. Supporters aged 18 and over should be prepared to show their COVID-19 vaccination status or evidence of their negative coronavirus lateral test result, no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Supporters aged 12 and over should be prepared to show their negative coronavirus lateral test result no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Anyone who has tested positive, displays symptoms, or is required to isolate should not attend the match.

In line with Government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over are expected to wear a face covering when located in indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt.  Face coverings are not required to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats in the stadium bowl, although they are able to wear them if they choose to do so.

Protocol may differ at each stadium, however, we recommend all travelling Evertonians to be prepared in the event they are asked to show evidence of their vaccination status or recent lateral flow test results.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain in their bubbles and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

Parking:
If you are not able to travel by public transport, there are some organised car parking options available. You should be aware that Controlled Parking Zones will be in operation in residential streets near the stadium and some of these will be extended soon so you should not plan to park on nearby streets. Brentford's car parking partner Event Support Team (EST) is operating a number of other matchday car parks on our behalf. These must be pre-booked and will be available to book via the website here.

Accessible parking:
There are a small number of accessible spaces available on-site at the stadium. Spaces on-site will be booked through the Club on a match-by-match basis and a fee will apply for these spaces.  In addition, the Club will hold back some spaces for Blue Badge Holders at the old Citroen site on Capital Interchange Way which is a short walk from the stadium. By rail:
Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to traveling the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances. National Rail will always have the latest information on rail services. You can follow them in advance of your journey via their twitter page @nationalrailenq or via @networkrailMAN.

The nearest station, Kew Bridge, has one South Western Railway train every 15 minutes on matchday Saturdays (and up to four trains per hour on Sundays), with trains every 15 minutes on weekdays (up to 10pm, then every 30 minutes until the last train). Trains to the stadium from central London are from Waterloo station. Please note that Kew Bridge station is not step-free.

By bus:
There are also a number of bus routes that serve the stadium including the 237, 267, 65, H91 and the 391 bus routes.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Concourse Anti-Social behavior: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behavior (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
