TICKET INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Please make sure you have your ticket with you before you leave to travel to the stadium.

HELP AND SUPPORT

The Fan Centre will be open 10am-1pm on Saturday 20 November to deal with any ticket queries ahead of Sunday's game. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for support.

Manchester City’s Event Supporter Services Team will be located outside the visitors end. They will endeavour to resolve your issue at this point but there may be occasions where you will be directed to the South Stand Ticket Office.

Fan Engagement Manager, Christine Prior, will be available from 12pm until kick off to support fans with any issues that arise and can be contacted on 07794055321.

There will also be a team of Everton travel stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION

The Etihad is a cashless stadium. All payments inside and outside the stadium will be contactless and cash will not be accepted.

Security checks/bags: Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted. If you must bring a bag to the stadium that exceeds the allowable size, bag drop facilities that you can use to securely store your items will be in place until the match has finished.

If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring a bag or other equipment, please contact the Access Team at access@mancity.com.

The bag drop will be priced at £10.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to The Etihad, please ensure that you have read our Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Please click herefor more information.

Manchester City will perform spot-checks of vaccination passports and negative test results around the stadium on matchday. Supporters aged 18 and over should be prepared to show their COVID-19 vaccination status or evidence of their negative coronavirus lateral test result, no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Supporters aged 12 and over should be prepared to show their negative coronavirus lateral test result no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Anyone who has tested positive, displays symptoms, or is required to isolate should not attend the match.

In line with Government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over are expected to wear a face covering when located in indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt.  Face coverings are not required to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats in the stadium bowl, although they are able to wear them if they choose to do so.

Protocol may differ at each stadium, however, we recommend all travelling Evertonians to be prepared in the event they are asked to show evidence of their vaccination status or recent lateral flow test results.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain in their bubbles and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

Main Roads:

From North: A6010, M60; passing Oldham and Bury. 
From South: M6, M56, M60; passing Knutsford and Stockport. 
From East: M62, A628, passing Huddersfield and the Peak District. 
From West: M62, passing Warrington and Sale. 

On-site Parking: 

For the 2021/22 season, Manchester City will be introducing a new car parking system to maximise the available spaces at the Etihad Campus. Car parking must now be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis.

Off-site parking:

There are a number of satellite car parks around the stadium, with prices displayed at the point of entry. 

Resident Parking:

A resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Etihad Stadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage. Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined, and your vehicle may be clamped or removed.

Accessible Parking:

Blue Badge parking is available on-site in the Blue car park, however, it is limited due to the number already allocated to our seasonal supporters. Please call our Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, 1, 2) to discuss further. You can find out more at mancity.com/access.

By Rail

Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to traveling the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances.

By Tram/Metrolink

Metrolink runs from the city centre including. Manchester Piccadilly station to Etihad Campus stop and on towards Ashton. The journey time from Piccadilly is less than 10 minutes. On event days, trams run to/from the stadium stop every 12 minutes.

The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden on the Metrolink. Follow @MCRMetrolink for live travel information throughout the day.

By Bus

There are bus stops adjacent to the stadium. At the end of the match buses will be lined up on Ashton New Road next to the South Stand heading to Manchester city centre. Further information is available at tfgm.com or on Twitter @OfficialTfGM.

After the match - Metrolink Access: 

Due to external segregation after the match, you will not be able to turn left towards the Etihad Campus Metrolink stop. You will be directed around the stadium. Both Holt Town and Velopark stops - the Metrolink stations on either side of the Etihad Campus - will not be operational for at least one hour after each the match.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
