Everton Under-23s will play Burnley, Sheffield United and Peterborough United in the group stage of the 2021/22 Premier League Cup.

David Unsworth's side won the competition in 2018/19, the same season they scooped the Premier League 2 title. 

The Premier League Cup consists of eight groups of four teams, with each team facing one another other home and away. The top two sides will qualify for the knockout stages.
