Nathan Broadhead has signed for League One club Sunderland on loan for the 2021/22 season.
The 23-year-old forward, who joined Everton's Academy aged 10, signed a new two-year deal with the Blues in June after his impressive form in front of goal for the Under-23s last term, netting 11 goals in 18 Premier League 2 matches.
Broadhead was handed his senior Everton debut on 7 December 2017, coming on as an 82nd-minute substitute in a 3-0 Europa League group stage win over Apollon Limassol in Cyprus.
The Wales Under-21 international made his Premier League bow in April this year against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Broadhead, who had a loan spell with Burton Albion in 2019/20, joins Lee Johnson's Sunderland, who have won their opening two matches in League One.
