Reports in the Dutch media again link Everton with a move for PSV Eindhoven’s Netherlands international right-back Denzel Dumfries.

Daily newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad claims Dumfries will return to PSV soon for pre-season but will train individually as he prepares for a summer transfer.

Inter Milan are also said to be interested in the 25-year-old.

Italian outlet SportMediaset suggests AC Milan could be in line to offer Everton a swap deal for playmaker James Rodriguez.

Portuguese striker Rafael Leao is the player the Serie A giants are rumoured to be set to include in a bid to bring James to San Siro.

Demarai Gray, meanwhile, has been tipped to prove a hit at Everton by former teammate Christian Fuchs.

Football365 features quotes from Fuchs – who was a key player in the Leicester City side that won the 2015/16 Premier League title – and he has hailed Gray’s “astonishing” ability.

In an interview originally given to evertonfc.com, Fuchs added: “If he keeps consistency in his game, I have no doubt about Demarai Gray being a regular starter in any team in the Premier League.

“He has those qualities and the talent is there. There is a lot for Everton to look forward to with Demarai.”
