Beni Baningime has left Everton to join Scottish top-flight club Hearts on a permanent transfer.

The 22-year-old central midfielder joined Everton’s Academy at the age of nine after moving to England from DR Congo a year earlier.

Baningime progressed through the age groups and was a regular in David Unsworth’s Premier League 2 title-winning side in 2016/17.

He made his First-Team debut in October 2017 in a League Cup tie at Chelsea and went on to make 12 senior appearances for the Club.
