Inter Milan and Arsenal had been due to take part in the pre-season tournament, before having to withdraw at late notice.
And, out of respect for the fans who purchased tickets to the original line-up, organisers will be refunding all ticket purchases via Ticketmaster.
General admission tickets are now available for both matches, priced at $20 for our clash with Millonarios on 25 July and $35 for a double-header that will see Everton take on Pumas and a Colombian derby game between Millonarios and Atlético Nacional on 28 July.
