However, the Toffees will have to compete with Arsenal who have supposedly also shown interest in the 23-year-old.

Il Bianconero says Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey has been offered a return to the Premier League by Everton. 

The report claims Everton have tabled a "serious and intriguing" offer for the 30-year-old, who might be up for sale at the end of the season. 

However, the Welshman could be swung back into returning to Arsenal should the north London club join the race for his signature.
