Ancelotti Provides Everton Injury Latest

Michael Keane is available again after a minor leg injury for Everton's Premier League match against Aston Villa at Goodison Park on Saturday (8pm BST).

Blues manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed Jean-Philippe Gbamin (knee) and Abdoulaye Doucoure (foot) are the only absentees in his squad for the visit of Dean Smith's side.

Keane missed last Friday's 1-0 victory at Arsenal - a result which reignited Everton's push for European qualification - but trained this week at USM Finch Farm and is available for selection.

Ancelotti said: "All the players are available other than Gbamin and Doucoure. All the others are good."

Doucoure, who has been out since early March with a foot injury, returned to outdoor individual training this week, with Ancelotti hoping the French midfielder is available again in the next two weeks.

Ancelotti also revealed forward Joshua King has been hampered by a "small problem on his back" in recent weeks. The Norway international sat out training on Wednesday and Thursday but returned today and will be fit for this weekend.

"He had a small problem on his back," added Ancelotti. "He was back today after two days off. His condition was quite good. He didn’t have a lot of chances [to start] which was my decision. He has been good in training and very professional."
