Everton will begin their bid for an immediate Wembley return on Sunday 18 April after the date was confirmed for Durham's Vitality Women's FA Cup visit.
Willie Kirk's team, who were finalists in the delayed 2019/20 competition, were paired with the north-east club when this season's fourth-round draw was made last month.
The tie will be staged at Everton's Walton Hall Park home and kick-off at 2pm (BST).
Everton defeated Durham in a pre-season encounter at the same ground but will expect a stern test from a team currently second in the Championship.
The winners advance to the last-16, with Everton aiming to go one better than in last term's edition when Manchester City prevailed after extra-time in a high-quality final.
