Ahead of International Women's Day on Monday 8 March, we sat down with Everton manager Willie Kirk to discuss the progress being made by the Women's team both on and off the pitch.

Kirk spoke about the Club-wide support the team is receiving to fulfil its ambition of challenging for honours and competing with the best teams in the Women's Super League, while looking back on the progress made in the past 12 months.
