Seasonal Hospitality Member Ballot Update

Everton can confirm that Hospitality Lounges and Executive Boxes at Goodison Park will not be open for the visit of Arsenal on Saturday 19 December and Manchester City on Monday 28 December. Hospitality lounges are located in areas where behind closed doors’ protocols are needed to be maintained.

However, eligible Seasonal Hospitality Members will be able to enter the ballot for the game.

In line with government guidelines, Goodison can welcome up to 2,000 spectators from this month. For the Premier League games against Arsenal and Manchester City, the Howard Kendall Gwladys Street stand and the Main Stand Top Balcony will be open.

Seasonal Hospitality Members who had previously made a 30% contribution towards a 2020/21 membership and who live within the Liverpool City Region will automatically be included in the ballot for tickets

All Seasonal Hospitality Members who are successful in the ballot must provide the Name, Date of Birth, postal address and active email address for each attendee they are eligible to bring as part of their seasonal membership up to a maximum of 6, even if you have a table or box that accommodates more than six guests.

In support of the Liverpool City Region mass-testing programme, all fans who are successful in the ballot will need to provide confirmation of having received a negative COVID-19 test result on the day of the game - or the day prior - to gain entry to the stadium.

Seasonal Hospitality Members who are successful will be contacted by their account manager confirming the outcome of the ballot. If members do not receive communication from their account manager or a member of the hospitality team, then they have been unsuccessful in the ballot for this fixture.

Once successful Seasonal Hospitality Members have provided all attendees details, each individual will receive an electronic match ticket and further key information to ensure the safety of all fans at the game. This will include the necessity for photo identification when attending the game to ensure each match ticket is used only by the successful applicant. Tickets cannot be transferred to other Seasonal Hospitality Members.

It remains the intention of the Club to re-open Hospitality Lounges when it is safe to do so.
