Speculation linking Everton with a January move for Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik resurface in Tuesday’s publications.

One paper tips manager Carlo Ancelotti to make a “cut-price” £10m bid to reunite with Milik in January.

Poland international Milik scored 17 goals in 35 Serie A matches – 27 starts – in Ancelotti’s one full season in charge of Napoli in 2018/19.

Corriere dello Sport, however, reckons Milik could stay in Italy with a transfer to Roma.

The Italian daily reckons Roma will aim to lure 26-year-old Milik to the capital with a four-and-a-half-year contract worth €5m per year.

Website 90min says Everton like Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.

The 20-year-old stunned Iceland with a 90th-minute winner for Hungary in last week’s European Championship play-off decider.

Szoboszlai has four goals from five Champions League matches this season and last term directly contributed to 23 goals – scoring nine – in 27 Austrian Bundesliga matches.

The 90min report states Everton “checked in” on the player this month – but that Szoboszlai has admirers across the continent.

In England alone Tottenham Hotspur, Leicester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool are said to be eyeing a player who Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy claims has a €25m release clause in his Salzburg contract.

Mundo Deportivo in Spain reckons Real Madrid will accept an £18m Everton offer for midfielder Isco in the new year.

Initial reports had indicated Zinedine Zidane would prefer a loan arrangement for Isco.

But, according to Mundo Deportivo, the Bernabeu boss is mindful of his Spain international star’s June 2022 contract expiry date and would prefer to receive a transfer fee than risk losing Isco for nothing.

Reports from Brazil, meanwhile, suggest Allan will miss Brazil’s World up qualifying fixture with Uruguay today.

The Everton midfielder, who won his 10th senior cap when his country beat Venezuela 1-0 on Saturday, has a “clinical” injury, according to Brazil manager Tite.

Globo Esporte in Brazil declares Allan suffered “muscular pain” following the Venezuela match and will be replaced in the team to face Uruguay by Juventus player Arthur.
