Michael Keane's 19th-minute header cancelled out Sadio Mane's early opener, only for Mohamed Salah to restore his side's lead with 18 minutes remaining.

However, minutes after Jordan Pickford had made a fine stop to deny Liverpool's Joel Matip, Calvert-Lewin rose in the box to beat Adrian and secure a 2-2 draw.

There was late drama as Richarlison was sent off for a foul on Thiago Alcantara, while Jordan Henderson had an injury-time goal ruled out by the VAR.
