Everton Manager Ancelotti Names Team For Hammers Tie

South American duo James Rodriguez and Allan start in the Carabao Cup for the first time, while Carlo Ancelotti makes four changes to his team for Everton’s fourth-round meeting with West Ham United on Wednesday.

Full-backs Jonjoe Kenny and Niels Nkounkou, Gylfi Sigurdsson – who will captain Everton – and Fabian Delph are the four players brought in following Saturday’s Premier League win at Crystal Palace.

Everton’s front three, then, has a familiar look, the trio of James, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin aiming to maintain their electric league form.

Lucas Digne appears poised to partner Michael Keane in the middle of a back four which has Kenny on the right and Nkounkou on the left.

Allan, Sigurdsson and Delph will combine in Everton’s midfield.

Jordan Pickford continues in goal.

Bernard and Alex Iwobi are attacking options from the bench.

Manager Ancelotti’s substitute list is completed by Abdoulaye Doucoure, Seamus Coleman, Tom Davies, Yerry Mina and goalkeeper Jonas Lossl.
