Defender Leaves Everton

Defender Kika van Es has left Everton to join FC Twente for an undisclosed fee.

The Holland international returns to her homeland after 14 months with the Blues, having helped Willie Kirk’s side to a sixth-place finish in WSL last season.

Van Es, 28, began her career at Dutch club Olympia ’18 before spells at Willem II, VVV-Venlo, PSV Eindhoven, FC Twente and Ajax.

Everton Football Club thanks Kika for her service during her time at the Club and wishes her the best for the future.
