Gylfi Sigurdsson hit his 100th goal in English football to help Everton through to the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday. 

The Icelander all but ended the Blues' contest with League Two Salford City with 16 minutes remaining, sweeping in to double the advantage given to Carlo Ancelotti's men by Michael Keane's early header. 

Striker Moise Kean completed an ultimately comfortable 3-0 win by converting from the spot in the dying minutes.
