Everton Boss Delivers Team News Update

Moise Kean has recovered from an ankle problem and is available for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Bournemouth at Goodison Park (4pm BST).

The 20-year-old missed Monday’s 1-0 victory at Sheffield United with the injury but has returned to full training and is in contention to feature in the Blues' final game of the 2019/20 campaign.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of the contest, Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti confirmed Mason Holgate (shin), Yerry Mina (muscle) and Fabian Delph (muscle) remain sidelined for Everton.

Jean-Philippe Gbamin is the Blues' only other absentee as he continues his rehabilitation from an Achilles injury.

With centre-backs Mina and Holgate both unavailable for Sunday's match, teenager Jarrad Branthwaite is again expected to partner Michael Keane in the heart of the Blues defence.

The 18-year-old, who joined the Club from League Two Carlisle United in January, made his full Everton debut in the impressive success over Sheffield United and delivered a man-of-the-match performance.

Ancelotti says Branthwaite's temperament marks him out as player with maturity far beyond his years.

"He is doing really well," said the Italian.

"He has worked with us in the last months and he has improved a lot.

"He has really good character, with good quality skills.

"We are really impressed with him - above all, with how he is able to manage the pressure he has because he is starting to play in the Premier League at a really young age.

"His character is good and he is able to manage the pressure really well."
