Hannah Cain has left Everton Women after the Club opted not to renew her contract.

England Under-21 forward Cain joined Everton during the 2018 transfer window following two years at Sheffield FC.

While Cain’s maiden season with the Blues was hampered by injury, she provided one of the campaign’s most thrilling moments when netting a dramatic 88th-minute winner in Everton’s 1-0 victory at West Ham United in March 2019.

Cain then helped the Blues reach the FA Cup quarter-finals and battle for a top-six WSL finish in 2019/20 before the season was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
