Michael Keane has invited supporters to have a peek into the daily routine of a professional footballer while the game is in lockdown.
Everton centre-back Keane and his teammates have been training remotely after USM Finch Farm was closed last month following the coronavirus outbreak.
Premier League action is suspended indefinitely but players are tasked with remaining in condition for whenever they are given the nod to resume.
Keane, who has featured prominently in Everton’s Blue Family campaign, recorded footage of himself throughout a routine day at home.
The 27-year-old's film shows him improvising to keep fit, gives us an insight into how Keane likes to switch off and even reveals the extent of the England defender's culinary prowess.
